M1K3 TV is a media management platform that allows users to organize and access their personal media files. M1K3 TV does not host, provide, distribute, or stream any video content.
M1K3 TV respects intellectual property rights and copyright laws and operates strictly as a provider of media technology. Users are solely responsible for the content they store and access through M1K3 TV apps and services.
Content Management:
M1K3 TV enables users to connect their personal cloud storage to manage and access their privately owned or legally obtained media files.
Data Matching:
M1K3 TV automatically retrieves publicly available media information (e.g., title, synopsis, cast, and trailer) to enhance users’ personal libraries.
Information Database:
M1K3 TV provides metadata and publicly available details about movies and TV shows but does not host or distribute any copyrighted content.
Device Access:
M1K3 TV allows users to organize their personal content across multiple devices.
No Hosting or Distribution of Content
▸ M1K3 TV does not store, provide, or distribute video files, streams, or downloads.
▸ M1K3 TV does not index or facilitate access to any third-party media sources.
▸ All media playback within M1K3 TV devices (TV Box), services and apps provided is initiated by the user from their personal storage or legally obtained content.
User Responsibility
▸ Users must ensure they have the legal rights to any content they store and access via M1K3 TV.
▸ M1K3 TV prohibits the use of its devices (TV Box), services, apps and platform for piracy, illegal content distribution, or copyright infringement.
Compliance & Enforcement
▸ M1K3 TV reserves the right to restrict access for users who violate copyright laws or attempt unauthorized content distribution.
▸ M1K3 TV provides a reporting mechanism for copyright holders to report potential misuse.
Subscription Plans:
Users can subscribe to different membership tiers, which grant access to different M1K3 TV apps, services, and levels of tech support. A subscription does not include or grant any direct access to any video content.
Auto-Renewal & Billing:
Users may opt for automatic renewal, which can be canceled at any time.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 3 day full refund. After 3 days of service up to 30 days, we offer a half back refund. We will offer up to a refund of half of the amount paid. No refunds for service over 30 days
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where M1K3 TV fails to provide its intended service.
User Eligibility:
M1K3 TV is for users 18+, or with parental consent.
Prohibited Actions:
Users may not distribute, share, or promote illegal content via M1K3 TV (TV Boxes) services, or apps.
Content Restrictions:
Prohibited: Users may not upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or promotes piracy.
Restricted: M1K3 TV does not support explicit, violent, or hate-inciting content.
Enforcement: M1K3 TV reserves the right to investigate and restrict users who engage in illegal activities.
Reporting Violations: Users and copyright holders can report suspected violations for review.
Subscription Plan Choices
When you subscribe to our services, you'll be asked to decide whether you'd like to enable automatic renewal for your subscription. This choice is entirely up to you and must be selected at the time of purchase.
Managing Automatic Renewals
After your order is complete, you can easily manage or cancel your automatic renewal at any time by contact us or sign into your account by using the e-mailed link provided. This gives you full control over your subscription preferences.
Payment Notifications
To ensure you're always informed, we'll send you an email notification in advance of any upcoming automatic payments. This email will include the date of the next charge, allowing you to plan accordingly.
This policy is designed to provide you with transparency and flexibility, making it simple to manage your subscription with confidence.
We are able to offer the following refund.
1st to 14th day, we are able to offer a full refund. Minus the $50 setup and walkthrough tutorial fee.
15th to 30th day, we are able to offer a half refund. Minus the $50 setup and walkthrough tutorial fee.
31st and more, we are unable to guarantee a refund. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
*Note: Refunds only apply to equipment, Tivimate subscription service, and tech support.
We are unable to offer a refund for Watchlist Pro, unless you are able to release your account information.
This will require you to be able to change your email address and password to our account information.
Watchlist Pro refund will be a Half refund regardless of the length of time, up to 60 day's.
No Watchlist Pro refund after 60 day's.
If customer payment was done by check or credit card, there is a waiting period of 14 days. This allows for payment to process and clear.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S.
